Together we stood in the test of time
AGUSAN DEL SUR — Philsaga Mining Corporation (PMC) reaffirmed its partnership with the renewal of its crucial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the host Indigenous People communities: the CAMMPACAMM–CADT 078 Rosario Manobo Tribe Association, Inc., and the Bunawan Manobo Ancestral Domain Management Council, Inc. (BMADMCI).
This early renewal, years ahead of the original 2032 (CAMMPACAMM) and 2028 (BMADMCI) expiration dates, demonstrates trust and shared vision earned through decades of genuine collaboration. PMC President, Atty. Raul C. Villanueva affirmed the company's dedication to fostering strong, respectful, and lasting relationships.
The MOA was officially signed and represented by respected community leaders: Hawudon Mabantao II Rodging O. Reyes for CAMMPACAMM, and Hawudon Taogdan Rolito S. Peñaloga for BMADMCI. The lasting partnership between PMC and the Manobo communities is a model for effective collaboration between industry and Indigenous Peoples, ensuring that development is inclusive and sustainable for all. From the community perspective, the tribal leaders expressed their enthusiasm for the continued collaboration, stating: "We are ready to hit the ground running and look forward to a long and successful relationship with the Philsaga Mining Corporation for the second time around."
