ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR — The Mindanao Mineral Processing and Refining Corporation successfully conducted a three (3)-day First Responder Training on March 16-18, 2026, as part of its ongoing Safety IEC Campaign. The Safety Department facilitated an activity to strengthen employees' knowledge, skills, and preparedness for responding effectively to various emergency situations.
 
The training covered essential topics such as basic life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), rescue breathing, bleeding control, and proper handling of medical and trauma emergencies. Participants were also trained in fire emergency response, including the proper use of extinguishers and the importance of safety equipment in mitigating risks.
 
Through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, participants applied practical techniques and built confidence in emergency response scenarios.
