ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR – Atty. Raul C. Villanueva, president of Philsaga Mining Corporation, celebrated his birthday with a gift-giving event at Maligaya Integrated School for more than 500 kids. The PMC-MMPRC Foundation, Inc., volunteers, and barangay officials gathered to distribute various gifts, including food packs, slippers, and candies.
