ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR – Philsaga Mining Corporation (PMC) and the Philsaga Employees Association and Labor Union (PSELU) reaffirmed their commitment to a harmonious and productive working relationship by formally signing their new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). While details of the new CBA are expected to be fully disclosed in the coming days, the negotiations indicate a strong focus on improving economic provisions, health and safety benefits, and other non-economic aspects that contribute to employee well-being and productivity.

The Lingkod PAG-Ibig on Wheels arrived at Mill Covered Court. The mobile office will open its services to mill site employees for two consecutive days and to mine site employees on July 12, 2024. Among the services offered to employees are the Loyalty Card Plus Application and Member's Change of Information.

The companies conducted and facilitated various activities initiated by the Human Resource Department in partnership with the Labor Union, such as the Fun Run Activity, Zumba Dance, Labor Day Hunt, Traditional Games (Laro ng Lahi), Exhibition games in Basketball and Volleyball, and Libring Gupit.
