PMC turns over five SDMP projects, benefiting communities in Bunawan and Rosario

Philsaga Mining Corporation, in collaboration with the DENR UNDP/GEF Biodiversity Corridor Project, began piloting procedures to establish a Reference Ecosystem and implement Biodiversity Expenditure Tagging within the mining tenement from March 9–13, 2026. This activity supports DENR Administrative Order No. 2022-04, which requires mining companies to designate 5% of their approved tenements as Biodiversity Reference Ecosystems.

PMC-MMPRC Foundation Inc. and Sinug-ang Peoples Organization (SPO) are proud to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for their joint project, a 4-hectare calamansi farm aimed at uplifting the lives of low-income households in Sinug-ang. The project, valued at 1.6M pesos and funded under PMC's Corporate Social Responsibility, will benefit 45 families of the SPO and generate significant economic activity in the community.

Access to safe and potable water is a fundamental human right, yet millions of people around the world still lack access to it. The Performance Partnership Agreement (PPA) invests in constructing water refilling stations in Brgy. Poblacion was managed by the respective community associations.
