SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR - A family's home, which housed seven children, was destroyed in a devastating fire, leaving them with nothing. On 6 August 2025, PPCGI President, Mr. Richard Grande, and his dedicated team reached out to the PMFI Executive Director, Ms. Reygela Decalit, to collaborate on assisting the family, who are currently residing in Purok 6, Kalinawan, Barangay Tagapua.

In a noteworthy collaboration, Philsaga Mining Corporation (PMC) and Mindanao Mineral Processing Refining Corporation (MMPRC) have come together with a shared vision to revitalize and enhance the ecological health of local creeks in the Bayugan 3 and Consuelo area. Their joint venture, known as the Adopt-a-Creek Orchestrated River Clean-up and Riparian Enhancement Program, was expertly organized by the Company's Mine Environmental Protection and Enhancement Office (MEPEO) and took place on September 30, 2023.

The MOA was officially signed and represented by respected community leaders: Hawudon Mabantao II Rodging O. Reyes for CAMMPACAMM, and Hawudon Taogdan Rolito S. Peñaloga for BMADMCI. The lasting partnership between PMC and the Manobo communities is a model for effective collaboration between industry and Indigenous Peoples, ensuring that development is inclusive and sustainable for all. From the community perspective, the tribal leaders expressed their enthusiasm for the continued collaboration, stating: "We are ready to hit the ground running and look forward to a long and successful relationship with the Philsaga Mining Corporation for the second time around."

On September 8, 2023, the company was invited to the 1st Caraga Regional Tripartite Congress 2023, where labor related issues and concerns were brought to light and discussed. It was also during that prestigious event that individuals and private sectors were awarded for their commitment in ensuring safety and hazard-free working environment.

On September 18, 2023, in a collaborative effort with the Agusan Del Sur Parole and Probation Office, PMC (Philsaga Mining Corporation) organized and conducted a tree growing and site maintenance activity at the Sinug-ang Relocation Site. This joint endeavor focused on reforestation and resulted in the successful planting of 350 white lauan seedlings and 50 grafted rambutan seedlings.
