(CIP) after passing the Environmental Management System (EMS) Second External Surveillance Audit. The auditors, Hon. Ofelia B. Domingo and Engr. Arnel D. Guevara conducted the three-day audit, which concluded on April 4, 2024. The audit thoroughly evaluated the company's environmental management system, emphasizing MMPRC's ongoing commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in environmental responsibility. MMPRC's key personnel actively participated in the audit process, demonstrating their commitment to leadership. The company's president, Atty. Raul C. Villanueva was represented by MMPRC Vice President Engr. Ferdinand A. Cortes, MMPRC Senior AVP/Resident Manager Engr. Alvin B. Castaños, MMPRC AVP/General Manager - Engr. Jonnel A. BUNAWAN, AGUSAN DEL SUR – On March 2, 2024, the Philsaga Mining Corporation TIGERS joined the Kick-Off and Opening Ceremony for the Fire Prevention Month of the Bureau of Fire Protection in Bunawan Municipal Quadrangle. With the theme “Sa pag-iwas sa sunog, Di ka nag-iisa,” the celebration aims to promote a united and fire-free community. In relation to the fire prevention month spearheaded by SFO3 Benedicto C. SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR- Members of the Representative of Host and Neighboring Communities (RHNC) have undergone comprehensive Capacity Training organized by the Philsaga Mining Corporation (PMC) and Mindanao Mineral Processing & Refining Corporation (MMPRC) in collaboration with Mines and Geosciences Bureau XIII today, February 27 held at RCBI Hotel, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.

CONSUELO, AGUSAN DEL SUR - As the first step in the extensive mine safety and health standardizations, the Philsaga Mining Corporation, Safety and Health Department in partnership with the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Region-13 conducted the training at PMC Covered Court, spearheaded by the MGB Personnel namely: Chief of Mines Safety and Health Section, Engr. Ritche B. Banacia, Senior Science Research Specialist, Engr. Sunshine Clen C. Roma, Project Development Officer, Engr. Jose Francisco E. Ensomo, Jr., and Monitoring Officer, Engr. Ezra Angel R. Lalisan. On the next day, February 28, 2024, the closing program and awarding ceremonies will commence.

Bayugan 3, Rosario, Agusan del Sur - The Emergency Response Team of the MMPRC (Mindanao Mineral Processing and Refining Corporation) provided assistance in rescue and evacuation operations led by the Bayugan 3 Local Government Unit. The team, which included the Search and Swiftwater Rescue Unit, promptly responded to the LGU's request to evacuate families residing in low-lying areas of the nearby barangay due to flooding caused by continuous heavy rainfall.
