Philsaga Delivers LED Wall to San Francisco Through SDMP

ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR - Philsaga Mining Corporation (PMC), in partnership with the PMC-MMPRC Foundation Inc. (PMFI), has officially turned over a 3x3-meter outdoor LED wall to the PMC Press Corps Group Inc. (PPCGI) at Shell Station, Barangay Hubang, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, on 4 August 2025. Valued at Php 1,101,559.90, the project was funded through PMC’s Social Development and Management Program (SDMP) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The LED wall is intended to broadcast updates related to PMC’s operations, environmental efforts, and community projects. It will also generate income for PPCGI through paid advertisements, helping sustain its operation and providing economic opportunities to the community. The turnover ceremony was attended by key stakeholders, including PPCGI’s Mr. Richard Grande and PMFI Executive Director Ms. Reygela M. Decalit, BTS Manager Mr. Elesio D. Bastareche, and representatives from the Community Relations Office, headed by TLCR Manager For. Gladess Dianne S. Buot.

Initially planned for Barangay Bayugan 3, the relocation to Barangay Hubang was suggested to enhance its outreach to both mining and non-mining communities. Mr. Grande expressed gratitude to PMC and the landowner, Bastariche Trucking Services (BTS), for their support in establishing this beneficial facility, reflecting PMC’s commitment to accessible information and community development.
