The First Cycle of the Environmental Management System (EMS) Internal Audit for 2026 was successfully conducted last February 16–25, 2026, as part of the company’s continuing commitment to strengthen compliance and effective implementation of the EMS. Led by Engr. Mark Angelo M. Agustin and Engr. Marriah Alexei V. Baguio from the Audit and Systems Improvement Department, under the guidance of Engr. Mary Divine Grace S. De La Peña, Environmental Compliance Officer.

ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR – Philsaga Mining Corporation's Security and Enforcement Group (SEG) commenced its 2nd Physical Fitness Program on March 07, 2024, within PMC premises. The initiative targets enhancing the physical fitness and overall well-being of PMC security personnel, ensuring readiness for security challenges.

SAN FRANCISCO, AGUSAN DEL SUR - A family's home, which housed seven children, was destroyed in a devastating fire, leaving them with nothing. On 6 August 2025, PPCGI President, Mr. Richard Grande, and his dedicated team reached out to the PMFI Executive Director, Ms. Reygela Decalit, to collaborate on assisting the family, who are currently residing in Purok 6, Kalinawan, Barangay Tagapua.

The Mindanao Mineral Processing and Refining Corporation (MMPRC), through its Safety Department, conducted a 3-Day Rope Rescue Training on June 18–20, 2026, facilitated by the Standard Technical Advanced Rescue Training (START) team. The training was attended primarily by members of the company’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) as part of their continuing development and preparedness program.

Forty department heads and representatives of Philsaga Mining Corporation attended the 2023 Basic Incident Command System Training held last October 19-21, at Safety Training Hall, Consuelo, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur.

Bayugan 3, Rosario, Agusan del Sur - The Emergency Response Team of the MMPRC (Mindanao Mineral Processing and Refining Corporation) provided assistance in rescue and evacuation operations led by the Bayugan 3 Local Government Unit. The team, which included the Search and Swiftwater Rescue Unit, promptly responded to the LGU's request to evacuate families residing in low-lying areas of the nearby barangay due to flooding caused by continuous heavy rainfall.
