ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR - On May 27, 2025, Philsaga Mining Corporation conducted a Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC) Preliminary Conference as part of the requirements for the renewal of Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) No. 262-2008-XIII Amended and Exploration Permit Application (EXPA) No. 0000255-XIII. The event was held at the Community Information Center, Padigusan, Sta. Cruz, Rosario, Agusan del Sur.

PMC Aids Barangays with Medical Supplies through SDMP

ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR — In a continued effort to improve community healthcare services, Philsaga Mining Corporation (PMC), through its Social Development and Management Program (SDMP), turned over Php 200,000.00 worth of medicines and medical equipment to Barangay Consuelo, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur on April 11, 2025.

PMC/MMPRC Holds Public Scoping for the Planned Expansion

Led by PMC/MMPRC Vice President Engr. A. Cortes and Resident Manager Engr. Alvin B. Castaños, key stakeholders – including representatives from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Regional Office, Environmental Management Bureau (EMB), Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB), Indigenous Peoples groups, local government units (municipal and barangay), the Provincial Government Office, and various non-government organizations – were invited to have a meaningful discussion on the relevant views on the environmental, social and economic impact of the planned expansion. The issues and concerns raised during the Public Scoping will be carefully considered in decision-making, ensuring that mitigation measures, development benefits, and opportunities for affected communities are effectively addressed.

MMPRC Hosts Successful IEC Caravan in Brgy. Novele and Brgy. Tagbayagan
