On September 18, 2023, in a collaborative effort with the Agusan Del Sur Parole and Probation Office, PMC (Philsaga Mining Corporation) organized and conducted a tree growing and site maintenance activity at the Sinug-ang Relocation Site. This joint endeavor focused on reforestation and resulted in the successful planting of 350 white lauan seedlings and 50 grafted rambutan seedlings.

On September 8, 2023, the company was invited to the 1st Caraga Regional Tripartite Congress 2023, where labor related issues and concerns were brought to light and discussed. It was also during that prestigious event that individuals and private sectors were awarded for their commitment in ensuring safety and hazard-free working environment.
