PMC Continues Code of Discipline Refresher Program !
ROSARIO, AGUSAN DEL SUR — The Human Resources Department – Labor/Employee Relations Section of Philsaga Mining Corporation (PMC) continues its Code of Discipline (COD) Refresher Program twice a month to strengthen employees’ understanding of workplace policies, labor laws, and responsible conduct.
As part of the ongoing program, PMC conducted COD refresher sessions on July 21, August 5, and August 19, 2026, at the PMC Mill Covered Court, and held sessions at the Mine Covered Court on July 24 and August 20, 2026. The team also held another session at Padigusan on August 7, 2026. The next session is scheduled for August 28, 2026, at the Mine Covered Court.

HR Manager Dave Boraquit led the discussions throughout the refresher sessions, focusing on Labor Laws, the Employees’ Code of Discipline, and Republic Act No. 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. He emphasized the importance of understanding workplace policies, following proper procedures, and maintaining responsible conduct.

Assistant HR Manager Jasmin Roblo assisted in the discussions and handled portions of the sessions. PSELU President Jaime Pizarro also gave a brief opening message to inform union members about the COD Refresher Program and its purpose.

Through these regular sessions, PMC continues to promote discipline, accountability, compliance, and awareness among its employees. The program also helps employees better understand their rights and responsibilities and uphold workplace standards of conduct.
